General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the conditions for the use of the online store Decoadria.eu and the rights and obligations of the user or customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") in connection with the purchase of products offered in the online store. By using the online store Decoadria.eu, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with and agree with these Terms.

Ordering and Purchase Process:

The Customer can purchase products from the online store Decoadria.eu 24/7. The purchase is possible with or without user registration.

The price of the product is stated in euros (EUR) and includes the value-added tax (VAT). The price does not include the cost of delivery.

The Customer selects the desired products and places them in the virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. After adding products to the cart, the Customer continues to the checkout process. In the checkout process, the Customer enters their contact information, delivery address, and selects the payment method.

After completing the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided.

Payment Methods:

The online store Decoadria.eu offers the following payment methods:

1. Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
3. Bank transfer

Delivery:

The products will be delivered to the Customer's specified delivery address. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the selected delivery method.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for delays or delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

Right of Withdrawal:

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller (Decoadria.eu) of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by mail or email). The Customer may use the withdrawal form available on the website, but it is not obligatory.

The Customer must return the goods without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day they notified the Seller of their withdrawal from the contract. The Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the company (Decoadria.eu) offers the option to collect the returned goods.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date the Seller is informed of the withdrawal from the contract or from the date the Seller receives the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method the Customer used for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods and services, as specified in the law.

Warranty:

Products have a warranty if indicated on the warranty card or invoice. Warranty terms and durations are specified on the warranty card or invoice.

Personal Data Management and Protection:

The Seller commits to permanently store all Customer's personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and necessary communication.

Complaints and Disputes:

The Seller respects the applicable consumer protection law and follows the procedures for resolving complaints.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the solution provided through the complaint process, they have the right to submit a complaint to e-Store Monika d.o.o. via email at [email protected]. The complaint can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the complaint resolution.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Ljubljana will have jurisdiction.

Other Provisions:

For matters not regulated by these Terms, the relevant laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply.

All information and data available on the Decoadria.eu website are considered fundamental terms and conditions of using the website.

These General Terms and Conditions come into effect on August 27, 2023. All General Terms and Conditions applicable on the date of purchase will apply to that purchase.
